Words from Lorraine Tosh

Lorraine ToshHaving worked in a stressful environment as a design consultant for 13 years, I never imagined how enrolling on one of Jackie Hamiltons courses would change my life. I initially joined the Reflexology course, as a couple of close friends were joining and I didn't want to miss out! By the end of the first month of training, I was hooked.

Jackies unique way of teaching made it easy for me to learn everything I needed to know, to be a fully qualified reflexologist. By the end of my course, I had already made the decision to leave my present career, for a complete change of pace. I enrolled for another two courses and leapt into the unknown world of self employment.

I now work as a successful complementary therapist, and love every minute of it. I no longer have the stresses or restrictions that a design consultant has, I pick and choose my hours and spend my time helping grateful people to improve their wellbeing. Who could ask for more.....

Words from Zoe Tuijl

"I first attended training with Jackie to do IHM - I thoroughly enjoyed it and it gave me the bug to want to do more, I found the Reflexology training hard - lots of homework and client studies, especially with a home and 3 children one of which was only 3 months when I started.

However, I kept up to date with all homework and started case studies as soon as it was suggested, I have to say if I had left it - it would have been so much harder. Jackie is an inspiration and - I loved her style and really really enjoyed my training days - I have set up my own business and I cannot believe how it has taken off - I have to say it has not been easy - you have to work hard - but if you want it you will do it, I am so happy with my new career - such a change from what I was doing (that's another story - see www.toptotoemassage.co.uk for more info),

I am proud to be a therapist, I also trained in baby massage and all my therapies complement one another - although I did my baby massage with another organisation - Jackie was so interested in how I was doing and she supported and motivated me throughout all! Thank you Jackie x" Zoe Tuijl

Words from John Rhind

John RhindWhilst training at the Jackie Hamilton School in Norwich a few years ago, I used my daughter-in-law as one of my case studies. Imagine my excitement when I detected what I thought was a pregnancy before she knew it herself.

I am now a grandfather and I was the first to know about it. I now practice as a therapist regularly at the age of 62 in semi-retirement and love every minute of it. I have since studied 'maternity' and 'fertility' reflexology to help the increasing number of couples trying to have babies after years on the pill. My success rate is currently 60%.
