Come to the school and meet Lorraine who will give you an overview of what the Level 4 Sports Massage is all about - she will demonstrate moves and give you a snapshot of what you will learn. If you are unsure of committing yourself to our Sports massage courses, this will be just ideal for you.  Leave being able to give friends and family a short treatment.
